Hello and a warm welcome to Yin to the Yang Yoga. My name is Justine and I am a 200 hours Yoga Alliance accredited teacher.

Yoga is such an important part of my life and I often wonder how I ever survived without it. The truth is I didn’t survive very well as for a period of my life I experienced extreme anxiety and panic attacks with no idea how I was ever going to recover from them. I had no coping mechanisms and nothing in my toolbox to help me through these times. That was, until I found yoga and meditation.

When I first started practicing yoga in 2014 I had no idea how much it was going to positively impact my life. Not only did I leave the corporate world after 15 years of working in London to share my love of yoga with others but I also practice yoga in some form or another every single day. For me, yoga is very powerful and has helped me through my darkest times. It has taught me to be vulnerable. It has taught me to be in tune with my body and my energy. It has taught me to be present. It has changed my whole outlook on life and guided me towards inner peace.

Everything I have learnt on the mat, I have taken with me off the mat and I now have access to various different coping mechanisms 24 hours a day. I am so grateful for what yoga has provided for my life that I want to share this with you and give you access to these same tools wherever you are in the world and whenever you may need them.
