This space is for anyone who feels busy, responsible, or constantly giving outward, and who needs a pause, rest and deep connection to their own practice. Yin is a practice of stillness and deep listening. Poses are held for several minutes, and without guidance it can be hard to fully relax. That’s where I come in. Each session is carefully guided to help you slow down, tune in to yourself, move beyond timers and clocks to truly let go. Show up whenever you need a pause and practice on your own schedule.
